Donna O’Rielly Video Surveillance Of Her Leaving Highfield Square Mall in Moncton

What happened to Donna O’Rielly that night leaving Highfield Square Mall in Moncton? The video footage shows Donna O’Rielly leaving the mall shortly before two couples vacated the mall. In approximately 30 seconds to 1 minute she literally vanished. Donna O’Rielly’s family strongly believes she was abducted. What happened in that 1 minute is leaving everyone wondering including the police. It just doesn’t make any sense. You’ll see in this video footage that the first couple leaves the mall literally 30 seconds after Donna O’Rielly. The second couple leaves the mall 1 minute after Donna. What happened to Donna O’Reilly and why didn’t anyone see anything outside the Highfield Square Mall doors?

The RCMP are looking for the two couple who left shortly after missing person Donna O’Rielly. If you know who these couples are in this video surveillance or if you were one of them leaving the Highfield Square Mall in Moncton on Friday February 26th, 2010 you are asked to call the police right away. Your information may help in finding out what happened to Donna O’Rielly that night.

Donna O’Rielly was last seen leaving Highfield Square at 1100 Main St. Moncton on Friday, February 26 at about 8:00pm. At the time she was wearing jeans and a brown medium length suede like jacket with faux fur on the collar and cuffs. She was also carrying a brown medium size purse and lunch bag. She is 54 years old, 1.60 m tall (5ft 3in) and weighs 59 kg (130lbs). She has green eyes and shoulder length brown hair.

Are Moncton Business’s Following Proper Health & Safety Procedures To Prevent Accidents In The Workplace

Are Moncton companies worried more about added costs then the health and safety of workers or employees? Recently a workplace accident at a local Moncton business makes me wonder how companies are dealing with health and safety procedures to prevent injuries. It was brought to my attention through an email I received that a woman was working on a machine and did not lockout the machine. The employee used the emergency stop button but a fellow co-worker came over and turned the machine on and the woman’s arm got caught in the machine. She only ended up having a sore, bruised arm but it could have been worse. Companies are responsible that safe work practices are being followed and applied to protect both the company and the worker. Under no circumstance should a business tell workers or imply that lockout tags don’t need to be used for worry of extra costs in production in downtime. I don’t know how long it takes you to put a lock on but to put it on and take it off lets say 10-15 seconds to lockout the machine. Every job should be done in the safest manner to prevent workplace injuries. Lockout tags should be used when any work is being done on machines period.

Lockout tags and procedures are set in place at many business’s to prevent injuries. The emergency stop button is not good enough when working on the machine. The term “emergency” says it all. This button or shut off should be used in case of emergencies where an employee would have to shut off the machine quickly. Lockout tags are to be used when any work is being done on a machine to eliminate any chance of injury due to the machine being started up. Lockout tags are designed so that the employee working on the machine locks it out and places the key in their pocket. Only the person who locks out the machine is allowed to remove it. This eliminates any chance of the machine suddenly starting up.

In many cases companies try and take shortcuts to eliminate downtime and increased costs in production but in all actuality they could be increasing costs when an employee becomes injured as a result of a workplace accident on the job. If it takes less then 5 seconds to lock it out, then lock it out! It’s not worth the chance especially working with machines where they could easily remove a hand, finger, arm or even take a life. The emergency button is not a full proof solution to prevent accidents at workplaces. This situation that was emailed to me would have been prevented if a lockout tag was used. If companies are worried about an extra few seconds is ridiculous. Safety first! Companies should think ahead of the time it will take to fill out accident reports, take pictures, investigate and additional costs for compensation of an injured employee. The extra few seconds it would have taken to lock out the machine would prevent this extra work and costs. Employees working at jobs where lockout tags are there, they should be used at all times when working on machines. I don’t know about you but my safety and well being is worth more then any job.

Lockout Tag - Do Not Operate - Proper Safety Protocol

I would advise any companies in Moncton or anywhere not currently following lock out procedures to start using them right away. It just makes sense and even if it’s going to create an additional minute or two to do this, it’s a cost of doing business. Two minutes is not going to break the bank and just might save your company a ton of money in the long run in case of a workplace injury. Work smart, work safe!

Moncton Woman Donna O’Rielly Still Missing After Leaving H&R Block Highfield Square Last Friday After Her Shift

Codiac RCMP in Moncton are still looking for missing Moncton woman Donna O’Rielly 54, who left work at H&R Block in Highfield Square last Friday February 26, 2010. Last Friday after her shift from H&R Block in Highfield Square Donna left work as usual but she never made it to her car. The police did a search around the area over the weekend of Highfield Square and along the CN Rail main line. Nothing was found or any clues of Donna O’Rielly’s disappearance.

Something like this to happen in the Moncton area is very uncommon. Donna O’Rielly, married with children seemed to be a very happy woman and was apparently looking forward to going to a trip to Florida next month with her husband and daughter. It is yet unknown of what happened to Donna but out hearts and prayers goes out to her family. This is a very difficult time as they wonder about her well being. Anyone who has seen anything, or been to Highfield Square that day should contact the Codiac RCMP. I know like many people we often debate whether or not our information is of any use to the RCMP but people shouldn’t decide themselves. The littlest bit of information you hold may be very valuable in determining what happened to missing Moncton woman Donna O’Rielly.

Donna O'Rielly Missing Since Feb. 26/10 In Moncton

I know after Donna O’Rielly went missing it started making people think of security issues at Highfield Square in Moncton. I know somethings that people can do is travel in pairs after work and going to their vehicle. Many people have taken this action already as people in Moncton are a little scared after this recent event. Everyone should take the necessary precautions for safety and I’m sure that things will be looked at to help increase security and safety for not just the employees that work there leaving Highfield Square at night but for customers as well. Things will need to change to help protect the public with increased security measures.

All of our hearts goes out to Donna’s family as we hope for her safe return. I can’t imagine what they are going through in this difficult time wondering whether or not their mother, wife or sister is okay. We can all pray and hope for her safe return.

She was last seen wearing a brown medium-length, suede-like jacket and jeans. She was also carrying a brown purse and a lunch bag.

Canada has set a record for most gold medals ever to be won at any Winter or Summer Olympics with 14 gold medals at this years Winter Games in Vancouver 2010. We were lucky enough to be the host nation for the Winter Olympics but to set history is just amazing. Our Canadian athletes worked hard for years for this moment to shine and shine we did! The previous record was 13 gold medals at a winter games by the Soviet Union in 1976 and Norway in 2002. Canada now goes in the record book for the most gold medals ever!

Team Canada has won gold medal in men’s hockey after a 3-2 win over the USA in overtime. What a Olympic finish for team Canada in Vancouver 2010. With Canada’s gold medal victory over the US they have officially set a record for most gold medals ever during an Olympic Games. With this gold medal Canada finishes with 14 gold medals at the Winter Olympics in Vancouver 2010.

Sidney Crosby’s golden overtime goal was a sweet one after having a gold medal within reach during regulation time. Team Canada allowed team USA to score with only 24 seconds left by Zach Parise to tie it up makes this victory that much better. Sidney managed to get the winning goal past star goalie Ryan Miller during OT. What a great hockey game! How Ironic is is that Sidney Crosby won the game for Canada after going the last 3 games without a point. When it all mattered Sid The Kid scores the golden goal that means the most. Now Sidney Crosby has a Stanley Cup and now an Olympic Gold Medal in Men’s Hockey at only 22 years old.

Goals for Team Canada were Corey Perry and Johnathan Toews during regulation time and for US it was Ryan Kesler and Zach Parise with only 24 seconds left in regulation time to score for Team USA to force overtime.

Canada beats Slovakia with 3-2 win in the semi-final game against Slovakia to advance to the gold medal game rematch against the US at the Winter Olympics in Vancouver. Canada was a favourite to win this game but Slovakia fought back to come very close to tie the game up. They fell short but was a great game. Canada took a quick 3 goal lead against Slovakia in the first period to win the mens hockey game.

Now on Sunday Team Canada will face off against the US to see who will win the gold medal game. This rematch game between Canada and the US is one that many people have waited for and we’re all glad to see these two hockey teams square off once again at the Winter Olympics in Vancouver 2010. Many people didn’t think the US would make it to the gold medal game in hockey but they are the only undefeated team in the tournament. They’ve already beat Canada once so I’m sure the rematch will be different as Canada looks to take gold!

Team Canada is only one more game away from the Gold Medal game if they can defeat Slovakia tonight in the Men’s Ice Hockey semi-final game in Vancouver. So far the women were able to take gold by beating the US in this years Winter Olympics. Now it’s time for the men to shine and accomplish the same as the women.

Sidney Crosby will try and lead Team Canada tonight as they face off against Slovakia. It should be an interesting game and hopefully our men’s ice hockey team will capture a spot in the gold medal game. If they can beat Slovakia tonight, they will most likely have a re-match game against the US in which there previous encounter Canada lost. Canada would love to ave a rematch against the US! We’ll have to wait and see what happens as we all watch on.

Team Canada womens hockey team wins gold medal game against the USA at the Vancouver Olympics in 2010! What a great game that Canada totally dominated. Despite many penalties against Canada they were able to fight off the United States to shut them out. There were many 5 on 3 advantages but Canada’s defence would not allow them to score a goal.

On Survivor Season 20 Heroes vs. Villains episode 3 we seen a different side of the Heroes. After losing two straight immunity challenges to the Villains it was time that they regrouped to try and win.

At the Survivor immunity and reward challenge it was a physical competition that many thought would have been a one sided challenge. There was a large platform where they would square off against each other and try and push one another off using a big bag. The first team to 8 wins immunity and reward. For reward they were playing for coffee, sugar, a weeks full of rice and some other goodies.

When the challenge started many people probably thought that the villains would have the advantage but boy were people surprised, myself included. One after one the villains were completely dominated by the heroes. It was a very quick challenge! The last square off was against Randy and big James Clement. It was like Goliath taking on an old man! With one push from James Randy landed right in the mud. Heroes wins immunity 8-0!

It was quite embarassing for the Villains as they thought they should have done better. As for the Villains Russell better start picking up is game as I think he’s becoming a target having an alliance with Pavardi. I’m not sure what is game plan is as we have yet to see him look for any hidden immunity idols on this Season of Survivor. If he doesn’t start his head may just be on the chopping block.

Meanwhile Randy started making his plea to Coach saying it’s time that Pavarti goes home. If you all don’t see it your all fools. She’s used her flirting behaviour to get her way to the finale before and she’s doing it again. Coach said it won’t work on me.

At tribal council it was the first time the Villains were there and they hope the last. The vote was decided and Randy was the first person evicted from the Villains tribe. In frustration and dissappointment Randy Bailey threw his bandana into the fire just before Jeff put out his torch.
