Amber Kirwan’s Remains Found – Missing 19 Year Old Found Dead

On Saturday afternoon in Pictou County the search for missing 19 year old Amber Kirwan has ended. Her remains have been found in on a wooded farm property found by search and rescue. Amber Kirwan was missing since October 9th where she was last seen at Dooly’s Pool Hall in New Glasgow. Amber was found dead just 30 minutes from where she was last seen.

On the night of October 9th Amber Kirwan left Dooly’s at around 1:30am to meet up with her boyfriend, Mason Campbell. This was the last time she was seen. After leaving Dooly’s she failed to meet up with her boyfriend.

RCMP have the area blocked off while they conduct their search and investigation where the remains of Amber Kirwan were found. This is a sad day for the family of Amber and her death has everyone deeply saddened. Many Facebook Pages have been set up where people are expressing their condolences and reactions of the news of the death of Amber Kirwan. She was just 19 years old. Our condolences goes out to her family.

Judge Bans Sabrina Patterson’s Memorial Shirts From Fred Prosser Murder Hearing

On Thursday the judge ordered that family and friends are banned from wearing the memorial shirts of Sabrina Patterson at the murder hearing of accused Fred Prosser.

Fred Prosser stands accused of murdering is ex-girlfriend and mother of his two children. Many people went to the court room wearing the purple shirts in memory of Sabrina Patterson. The defence attorney thought it was a way of intimidating his client. The judge unfortunately agreed and has since banned them from court.

Many people believe that this is just a way of showing their support to Sabrina Patterson’s family. It’s a way of remembering the loved one that was taken way too early. It’s sad that people can’t wear this in memory.

Fred Prosser Charged With First Degree Murder Of Sabrina Patterson In Moncton

Fred Prosser, 32 year old man from Shenstone, N.B., has finally been charged with first-degree murder in the death of 25-year-old Sabrina Patterson, of Riverview.

Fred Prosser is also charged with three sexual assault related charges and two counts of breach of an undertaking. The charges are all in connection with Sabrina Patterson.

Sabrina Patterson went missing on October 31st, 2010 and her body was later found November 6, 2010, in a wooded area in Shenstone not far from Fred Prosser’s home. Sabrina Patterson was just 25 years old and the mother of Fred Prosser’s two children.

Sabrina Patterson’s friends and family appeared in court yesterday with many wearing purple shirts with her photo and the words ” Always in our hearts.”

It took the RCMP almost 3 months to build there case but the family and friends of Sabrina Patterson can be sure that justice will come to the accused. Fred Prosser is scheduled to appear in Moncton Provincial Court next on February 28, 2011 at 1:30 p.m.

A body discovered yesterday in a wooded area in the Shenstone, N.B. area has been positively identified as 25-year old Sabrina Patterson, missing woman from Riverview.

Her body was discovered by a man who was searching the area for the woman who had been missing since October 29. The man then called police who proceeded to secure the area.

An autopsy is being conducted to determine the cause and time of death. Ms. Patterson’s death is being treated by police as a homicide. At this point no charges have been laid.

The 31-year-old, Fred Prosser, father of her two children was charged in Moncton provincial court on Friday with assaulting Patterson and stealing her cellphone on Oct. 9.

He was also charged with breaching a court order to stay away from her stemming from a previous assault charge.

None of the charges was related to Sabrina Patterson’s disappearance.

Sabrina’s friends and family will be holding a candlelight vigil outside at Sabrina’s residence tonight bring your own candles and umbrella 9pm 40 Warren Ave. Wear purple to show your support against domestic violence.
The RCMP’s Media Relations Officer for New Brunswick, Staff Sergeant Gary Cameron will be available for media interviews on this matter at the Codiac Regional RCMP office at 520 Main Street in Moncton at 3 p.m. on November 7, 2010.

Body Found Shenstone, NB – Not Confirmed If Sabrina Patterson Missing Woman From Riverview

A body has been discovered in a wooded area in the Shenstone, N.B. area.

At around 11 a.m. on November 6, 2010, a call was made to police by people who discovered the body while they were travelling in the woods. Police are currently on the scene. At this time it’s not sure if the body found is missing woman Sabrina Patterson as positive identification of the body has not been made.

Further news releases will be issued as more information becomes available.

Media note – Staff Sergeant Gary Cameron will be available for media interviews at 4pm on November 6 at the Codiac Regional RCMP Headquarters, 520 Main Street in Moncton.

Search For Sabrina Patterson Riverview Mall Saturday November 6th at 8:30am

On Saturday November 6th at 8:30am there will be a ground search beginning at the Riverview Mall where Sabrina Patterson was last seen leaving at The Fox and Hound. Sabrina’s sister, Joni Fagan-Hicks has created an event on Facebook on details of the search. Everyone is encouraged to come out and help in the search for Sabrina Patterson.

Everyone is asked to meet in the front of the Riverview Mall at 8:30am Saturday morning. There will be a van there with a large orange light on top so you will know where everyone will be gathering. Also there is going to be alot of media in attendance so I am sure you will all be able to find out where you should be. Apparently as reported from one Facebook member the lead investigator on the case said that due to liability, the RCMP will NOT be a part of this search however, it was his suggestion that people begin their search and focus along the Petitcodiac River and the banks of the river.

Anyone interested in providing sandwiches and drinks for the searchers would be appreciated. Perhaps local business’s in Riverview and Moncton could show their support as they search for missing person Sabrina Patterson. Any amount of time people can devote for the search will be appreciated.

31 Year Old Man Missing – Fred Prosser From Salisbury NB – RCMP Needs Help!

District 11 RCMP is requesting the assistance of the public in locating 31-year-old Fred Prosser of Shenstone, N.B. Prosser was last seen by friends early Monday morning November 1, 2010, at his residence in Shenstone, just outside of Salisbury.

Prosser was reported missing on Monday night, when he failed to report for work. He has not contacted his family or friends and he is not answering his cell phone. He is believed to be driving a 2004 Chevrolet pickup, grey in colour, with a New Brunswick License plate reading COT 348.

Prosser is approximately 5’10″ and weighs approximately 200 pounds. He has brown eyes and brown hair.

A woman from Riverview, Sabrina Patterson 25 years old has gone missing. Sabrina was last seen on Friday night October 29th, 2010. If anyone has any information on the disappearance of Sabrina Patterson are urged to contact your local RCMP.

Sabrina Patterson:

- 25 years old, mom of 2 small kids
- 5’7 190 lbs. long blondish brown hair
- Sabrina has a tattoo on the back of her neck with footprints and 2 cherubs and the name Damian
- Sabrina drives a 2001 Silver Honda Accord 4 door with sun roof and fancy bug reflector. Licence plate #GGO-237 which has been found abandoned at the Riverview Mall last night, Monday November 1st, 2010
- Sabrina Patterson was last seen at her home Friday night in Riverview

Codiac Regional RCMP is requesting the assistance of the public to locate 25-year-old Sabrina Patterson of Riverview. Patterson was last seen by friends Friday October 29, 2010, at the Coliseum in Moncton, and can later be seen on video entering the Fox and Hound Pub in Riverview shortly after 1 am on Saturday, October 30. Her car was found at the Riverview Mall, where the Pub is located.

Patterson was reported missing on Sunday night, when she failed to pick up her kids. She has not contacted her family or friends since and she is not answering her cell phone which is out of character for her.

Sabrina Patterson is approximately 5’4 and weighs approximately 180 pounds. She has brown eyes and shoulder length brown hair. On the video where she is last seen, she appears to be wearing a dark coloured Nike shirt.

Missing Moncton Woman Donna O’Rielly Found Alive! RCMP Arrest 62 Year Old Moncton Man

Reports are coming in that missing Moncton woman Donna O’Rielly has been found alive by police. Details are not clear yet and a press conference has been scheduled for tonight on Live At 5 about Donna O’Rielly. So far it’s clear that she is in hospital and apparently turned herself in to police. Donna O’Reilly has been missing since February 26th after leaving her shift at H&R Block in Highfield Square Mall in Moncton. It will be almost a month that police and family have been wondering about what happened to the missing Moncton woman.

Donna O’Rielly was abducted and held captive for nearly a month just minutes away from Highfield Square Mall. Today, Wednesday March 24th, 2010 Donna showed up at RCMP Headquarters in Moncton. She apparently got away from her abductee and was able to flag down a motorist on St.George Blvd. Donna was held captive in a basement in a nearby Moncton home. Donna O’Rielly’s brother-in-law said that she was dropped off at the police station around noon today by a Puralator truck.

Shortly after police talking to Donna about what had occured, police swarmed in and arrested a 62 year old Moncton man without incident in the alleged kidnapping at 2pm today. It is unsure yet what happened to her or why she was abducted but investigators are talking with her to get more information.

From something that many thought the worse now has ended in happiness. The family has yet to see Donna but they will be reunited shortly. She is still in hospital at this time.

The 62 year old Moncton man will appear in court tomorrow to face the charges against him. More details will be released as they come in.

We’re all happy to see that Donna O’Rielly was found alive and well and that this situation had a happy ending. Donna’s family have literally been tortured not knowing the outcome of where she was or what had happened for nearly a month. Today their wishes came true and Donna O’Rielly came home.
