Are Moncton Business’s Following Proper Health & Safety Procedures To Prevent Accidents In The Workplace

Are Moncton companies worried more about added costs then the health and safety of workers or employees? Recently a workplace accident at a local Moncton business makes me wonder how companies are dealing with health and safety procedures to prevent injuries. It was brought to my attention through an email I received that a woman was [...]

Should Interac Machines Be Programmed To Leave Tips at Restaurants?

When and where people should leave tips and how much of a tip is a debate or a person’s own choice but what about when we are being asked to leave a tip at restaurants? As many of you are aware Interac Machines are programmed to ask the person if they would like to leave a tip. I myself find this wrong as tipping people at restaurants and other places is an act of giving and should never be asked or make the customer feel obligated to leave one. That is no different then soliciting, or begging for money.

Tipping At Restaurants Has Gone Crazy! Everyone Wants Tips – Money!

So has tipping at restaurants gone crazy? Everywhere you turn now people are asking for tips no matter where you are. When and where should we be tipping people? Correct me if I am wrong but isn’t tipping someone the act of donating or to give? Now we are being asked to tip everywhere we go. Hell, some people even take their own tips themselves and I’ve seen it done several times.

Apparently there was a rumour going around that you can go pick free potatoes at their farm. People in the area including even neighbours have been harvesting and stealing their potatoes???
